NBA All-Star Weekend
We partnered with Pepsi to create exclusive merchandise for NBA All-Star Weekend. The
collection featured sweatshirts, tees, and hoodies with bold logo applications, showcasing the
brand’s iconic retro Pepsi mark in elevated streetwear form.


Made With Love — by Tom Daley
In collaboration with Olympic gold medalist Tom Daley, we produced a full range of unisex
pieces for his Made With Love collection. Each garment featured custom embroidery and
imported branded elastic, reflecting the brand’s craftsmanship and inclusive design ethos.


Happiest baby
Happiest Baby partnered with Form Department to develop some of their first product
prototypes, including the iconic SNOO cover and custom Lazyboy pieces. We worked
closely with their team to bring early concepts to life-bridging design, comfort, and
functionality in each prototype that supported their vision for modern parenthood.


Titan Games
We produced custom uniforms for The Titan Games contestants, developing a full activewear
range for men and women. Each piece featured performance fabrics and sublimation prints
designed to align with NBC’s on-air aesthetic and athlete functionality


TSU LANGE YOR — by Troye Sivan
TSU LANGE YOR, founded by artist and musician Troye Sivan, partnered with Form Department
to create custom bags for their New York City store event. Each piece was designed and
produced to reflect the brand’s modern minimalism and elevated craftsmanship.


Cherry Pepsi — Private Label Collection
Form Department developed a modern merchandise capsule for Cherry Pepsi through our inhouse private label program. The collection reimagined classic Pepsi iconography with
contemporary silhouettes and bold, graphic detailing.


LH Proper — Performance Technology Apparel
We partnered with LH Proper to develop a technology-driven product line designed to enhance
the support and longevity of women’s sportswear. Each piece was engineered with moisturemanagement innovation and high-performance materials sourced specifically for its unique
design.


Terme — Prenatal Wellness Collection
We partnered with Terme to lead the branding, packaging, and product development for their
women’s prenatal line. Each element was crafted to reflect calm, purity, and modern wellness
through thoughtful design and material selection.

MSM — Designer Swim Collection
MSM, a luxury swimwear brand with boutiques in St. Tropez, partnered with Form Department
to develop their full brand identity and packaging system. We created elevated embossed
shopping bags, foil-stamped tissue, custom rubberized hangers, and designer swim bags — each
detail reflecting the brand’s refined coastal aesthetic.


Silo Ridge — The Field Club Collection
Silo Ridge, a private residential community set across 850 acres of idyllic countryside just
outside New York City, partnered with Form Department to develop custom products for The
Field Club. Each piece reflected the property’s elevated yet understated aesthetic, designed to
complement its refined country setting.


Stacy’s Pita Chips — Sundance Film Festival
As part of the Stacy’s Rise Project at the Sundance Film Festival, Stacy’s Pita Chips spotlighted
women founders and small business empowerment. Form Department partnered with the team to
create customized products from our private label collection, designed exclusively for the event
to reflect the initiative’s inspiring mission.


America’s Got Talent — NBC
Form Department collaborated with the wardrobe team at America’s Got Talent to design and
produce custom jumpsuits for contestants’ live performances on NBC. Each piece was tailored
for movement, comfort, and stage presence, balancing performance function with visual impact.


Abigail Collins — Collegiate-Inspired Womenswear
Abigail Collins is a women-owned brand known for its elevated take on collegiate style,
featuring refined silhouettes and heritage-inspired detailing. Form Department partnered with the
brand to develop upscale designs and collaborative collections with institutions such as Penn
State University.


Good Park — by Taylor Phillips
Good Park, founded by designer Taylor Phillips, is a modern menswear collection featuring
swimwear and essentials in refined seasonal colors and effortless prints. Form Department
collaborated on product development and production, bringing the brand’s relaxed yet elevated
aesthetic to life.


Middle Trail — Performance Running Line
Middle Trail is an active brand rooted in the spirit of running and outdoor movement. Form
Department developed the full brand identity — from concept to visual language — helping
bring the idea to life through clean, performance-driven design.


Balanced by Macalea Riley
Macalea Riley — a board-certified FDN-P, BS, CPT, and CHN — is widely recognized for her
expertise in functional nutrition and holistic wellness. Form Department collaborated with her to
create branded merchandise for her company, Be Balanced, translating her mindful and wellnessfocused philosophy into elevated, wearable products.


Alisia Sofia — Interior Design Portfolio
Alisia Sofia, an interior designer known for her refined, timeless spaces, partnered with Form
Department to design and develop her digital portfolio. The website highlights her recent
projects through elegant layout, cohesive branding, and elevated visual storytelling.
